Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges

We are committed to your purchase satisfaction. If your order is defective or damaged, please contact us within 30 days by email at info@prettylittleyarns.ca to request an exchange or return of your unused items for store credit.  

Please choose tracking for your shipment. We are not responsible for items that do not arrive.  Please note that flat rate shipments to the USA are not tracked.  Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t accommodate your return.

We only offer returns on products that are defective or damagedPlease note that matching dye lots are not guaranteed in any order and mismatched dye lots will not be eligible for return.  Hand dyed yarn is dyed in small batches and can vary from skein to skein, even within a dye lot.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging, and yarn must not be wound from a skein to a ball if it came in skein form. No portion of the yarn may be used or tampered with. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:
Gift cards
Knitting Needles and Crochet Hooks
Partial skeins

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and, if eligible, you will be sent a replacement item or store credit.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive store credit, the cost of return shipping will not be included.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
