Shipping policy

Packages are shipped with Canada Post, UPS or Purolator services.  All shipping services include tracking and insurance for $100.  Rates are for packages that weigh less then 2kg.  Free shipping does not apply to seasonal advents.  

Flat Rates

Canada                                          $15 (Free on orders over $150 before tax)

The United States of America       Flat rates do not apply, and shipping rates will be calculated at check out.

International                                 Flat rates do not apply, and shipping rates will be calculated at check out.

Local Porch Pick Up                      Contactless free pick up is available.  When selected, you will receive an email to schedule your pick up appointment.  

 

Tariffs: When buying from outside of Canada, orders may have additional fees charged depending on the import taxes, customs, duties and/or tariffs of the destination country.  They are implemented upon entry into the receiving country and are entirely out of my control.  I love all my customers and would love for you to continue to order and enjoy my products, however, if charged, payment of those taxes, customs, duties and/or tariffs is the responsibility of the customer.  By placing an order, all customers outside Canada accept the risk that those fees, taxes, duties, and/or tariffs may be charged at the border and agree to the payment of such.  If you have any questions regarding this, please reach out.
